How long will my helium balloons last?
Our foil balloons normally last between 2-4 weeks and our latex balloons last around 1-2 days.
Foil balloons from other shops may only last between 2-5 days and latex balloons only 8-12 hours. Ours last longer because we used 100% helium, some companies mix their helium with air which reduces how long they float fir.
How should I store my helium balloons?
Keep your balloons from getting cold, we suggest keeping them indoors and not near open windows or doors. The cold can cause the helium to compress and if compressed for a long period of time they may not expand again.
Also if the balloons get too hot this could cause the helium to expand and pop the balloons. So we recommend not keeping them near heaters or in direct sunlight.
When will my balloons arrive?
We only need 2 days notice to create your balloons, when ordering your balloons online you can tell us a date you’d like them delivered. If you require your balloons sooner then that then please call the shop and we would be happy to help.
Due to the balloons being delicate we only deliver balloons locally to HU postcode areas. If you live outside of these areas please email us to see if delivery can be arranged.
I ordered some items online, when will I receive them?
We dispatch your items within 1-2 working days, if local we will deliver personally but if further away we use Royal Mail to ensure they get to you quickly and undamaged.
Can I sent items direct to the recipient and will they know it's from me?
If you'd like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the delivery address, and we'll post the item to their house. We won’t send any items with pricing information on. Or you can choose our gift wrap service when ordering and we can make it look extra special using our wide selection of gift wrap paper, bows and ribbons. We will hand write any greetings card with your chose message as well.
